-Hydrologist and Hydraulic engineers apply the science which encompasses the occurrence, properties, distribution, and movement of the waters of the earth in our design of bridges, dams, channels, canals, and storm water systems.

-Geologist and Geotechnical engineers apply the science which encompasses the deposition, mechanics, properties, and characteristics of earth materials in our design of bridges, dams, roads, and large buildings

ABOUT

Our streamlined analyses provide significant savings while maintaining the highest regulatory quality and engineering standards.

Since inception, RMA has been focused on improving the ability of government agencies and design engineers to design safer, more cost-effective, and resilient projects on waterways.

We provide solutions to the often complex, site-specific, hydrologic, hydraulic, and geotechnical challenges associated with building in the riverine and coastal environment

LEADERSHIP

MANAGING PRINCIPAL

Joshua Eliud Rosenberg, M.S., P.E.

Mr. Rosenberg is a professional engineer with over a decade of experience consulting in the engineering and construction (E&C) sector. He completed his master’s degree in Geo-Environmental engineering, an interdisciplinary civil engineering program that encompasses concepts and curricula from the environmental, geotechnical, and water resources engineering disciplines. Since entering the E&C sector as a professional, Mr. Rosenberg has continued to study the interface between the natural and built environments with emphasis on ensuring the sustainability and resilience of the world’s infrastructure. He has inspected, designed and overseen the construction of a diversity of site civil, bridge, dam, and coastal projects. He is renowned for his expertise in numerical modeling with geospatial software integration and geographic information system (GIS) processing. Mr. Rosenberg has successfully completed numerous projects involving the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), state agencies (RIDEM, RIDOT, MASSDOT, MADCR, MADER), and municipalities in the tristate area.
